Hyper Links Showing in YouTube Text - BARF

Is this an indication of a virus?

If not how do I get rid of it? I believe I had this issue before several years ago on an old laptop and Barf solved it. I don't recall the solution.

This is a new laptop that gets very restricted browsing.

That looks like someone has pasted a video time marker in their comment. So, if you click that 19:00 and look at the video, right side in the background, you might see Gordon Ramsay.

No it's not that. I get the same sort of link with actual text, not numbers, in other YouTube comments also. I haven't clicked on any of these to see what they are linking to, just hovered over them and saw the path of the link. So far I've only noticed it with YouTube comments.

Yes, it is that. Hover over the link and the url is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O-Zb5SsV7xY=1140s

1140s = 19:00 minutes.

I clicked on the link and it took me to 19 minutes into the video. And that was totally Gordon Ramsay!

I think that one is literally just a typo. He didn't put a space after the end of his sentence so it tries to take you to skin.you, which isn't a valid domain.
