These aren't hosted on photobucket, they're hosted by google

while imgur can be used as social media, if you have an account you can set your uploads to be private (only visible with a link).

People can't give you their tickets.. they just tell the OMC they can't attend that the OMC will offer the ticket to the next person on their waiting list...
