Currently, Stockton SMMRC is the closest kart track that offers open practice days for pocket bikes. Inquire with the club (www.smrrc.com) about participating on a race day.
Otherwise, the other option is Pocketbike GP. Don hosts these parking lot races locally. for more info, see link.
