Crock Pot FTW! - Page 5 - BARF

Did you ever try it Adam? Lol

I throw skinless boneless chicken breast in a Crock-Pot, cover it in salsa of your choice. Cook on low 4-6 hours. 30 mins before serving cover it with shredded cheese and cook 30 more minutes. Serve over Spanish rice.

Mississippi Pot Roast

Add on on top of meat inside cooker:

1 package ranch dressing mix
1 package au jus seasoning mix
1 stick butter
toss in a handful of Pepperoncini peppers [the ones from a jar]

I was skeptical the first time but it's a go-to now. Trust

This was way out of my wheelhouse, but it looked interesting.

I threw a heavy sear on the rump, added 3/4C good beef stock, 1/4C pepper brine, and 1/4c water in the insta pot. Then 4T soft butter and 4T flour added to juices to make gravy. Served over buttery potato mash.

Bomb ass meal on a cold rainy night.

Please to include me on the instant pot recipe. So far I've only made a moderately decent carnitas with it. I'm intrigued, the peppers almost give it an italian beef thing.
