Yup. I do it at the end of long straights.

Lorenzo... boy, he's got some challenges ahead. New bike he doesnt love, 3 time champ so there's some mindfuck pressure already there, beating your teammate, fickle with weather at times... I do hope he has some good fortune with it.

His personality is a bit of a turn off for me but not only do i respect the hell out of him for his talents, results, and style on the bike, but his perseverance when injured to get back to racing is super inspiring and truly a throwback to the stuff of gritty legends.

You don't have the experience, or dare I say it, talent to do that kind of napping.

the guy has 3 premiership titles. Instead of being trolled 24/7 by Rossi and (probably) grind out another title or two, he decided that moving to a team with lesser chances at the title was best for him. he seems to want to be happy. I can't blame him for it.

This thread needs more Haga representation. I change my vote.

Symbolic?

The dude in the middle is Miguel Praia, whose Parkalgar Honda team is sponsored by the Portimao circuit. You should know the rest.

No, 98 was the last year of the ancient YZF750 Deltabox machine. The R7 came out in 99, a year after the R1. If you listen to the onboard footage you can tell how old the bike is. Pretty crazy. Sounds like it's working HARD! I love it.

In that he is always the bridesmaid? Sure. But of the current riders I would compare him to Crazy Joe before Pedrosa.

I wish Pedrosa would have won it all a few years back He'll never do it given the current competition.

Sad, really. Best guy in memory who never won, Haga aside. (Pedro is on another level to Haga, of course)

Wrong! Mamola is the best to have never won the championship. 2nd overall 4 times. Pedrosa deserves the lackluster career he has had. Taking out your teammate when he is leading the championship? Inexcusable!

I was angry about that, too..

... but... that was also 10 years ago. Plus Nicky won anyway.

Let it go, man
