I always mix up reading "Austria" and "Australia". ehh, I read too much into that since I thought u were talking about a comment after Motegi. oh wells.

0.06%? for a 2min lap, thats 0.07seconds per lap or 1.44sec over race distance at Sepang. given that Dovi finished 11sec behind MM at Sepang, that isnt enough to cause the supposed decrease in results. and that was my original point: the difference is small and not likely larger than other variations such as track to track.

Sorry, the .06% was just an arbitrary number I was pulling out of my hat. I didn't realize it would be that close to an actual figure and send you down a rabbit hole. What ever the fractional amount is, that's my point, it's fractional but enough to make a mapping/power difference.

Only if the field rolls off and lets him hydroplane to the top spot. Otherwise he's highsiding and breaking a collarbone again.

oh fuck no. I cant think of a worse way for Dani to end his GP career.

speaking of Dani, KTM has confirmed that he won't test for them until 2019. a bunch of ppl were wondering if HRC would hold him to his contract. so theres a little fuel for that fire.

Quite the performance by future 12.

MM showed once again he is one determined racer.

Rins Nice job man. Sliding that puppy in slow mo was awesome to watch.

Looked like Zarco had a real shot at Mav... until... boom.

Rain likely??

So, looking at the grid, is anybody REALLY excited about this last race?

I'll watch it, but I'm not as PUMPED for it as I could be.

Change my mind.

You won't be able to see another race for a while.

Rain will make it crazy and open the door to others to win.
Petrux, Miller and perhaps Rins will have a shot.

Dani's last race!!! A MotoGP legend is ending his career and perhaps he will be graced with a podium.

and lastly... if you don't watch all you got to talk about here is next year.

We all know Mav can be fast for one lap.... He needs to get the bike off the lights and string together 20 fast laps.

Not super into Valencia. I usually watch all the races live, not sure I'll be doing that tomorrow.

Yeah but when was for last time he was on pole? Plus he has been looking better lately and talking all this #12 game.

If WinOrBin don't address the shoulder issue it could shorten his career.
Breaks are easier to deal with than a constantly separating shoulder.

Same thing I have been thinking. Is his 20 plus crash a year career finally catching up to him? My original feeling was that he was in danger of being the guy that just crashed too much and, young or not, nobody gets away with that shit forever. He's crashed more in one year than Rossi has in ten.
