When I’m riding and need to pipi, I just pull over and find a secluded tree.

Pipi does not allow dirtbikes
You have to go farther up the road to Elkins flat or Gold note

I'm pretty sure Elkins is closed for the season.

Well, any place is open if you poach it! Seriously though, with all the snow that's on the ground in some of the higher up locations it is just too much trouble to deal with it. Also, due to the storms and high winds we have had this season we are going to have to spend a great deal of time clearing trails. The bark beetles have killed so many trees and the storms bring them down. We need guys to come help clear trails. It's really, really bad this year in our area.
