2009 Yamaha R6 trackbike, fully loaded, formerly a Beaubier B-bike

SOLD

SOLD

SOLD

SOLD

2008 Yamaha R6 trackbike (title of this add is wrong, this bike is a 2008)
out of state title
formerly a Jeff Beaubier owned bike (top racer family, this was their B bike); Ezra rode it and Jeff (his dad) tells me that Ezra was pulling 1:50's at ThunderHill East on this baby... so if you buy it, and aint doing those times - its not the bike! :-D

This bike has not only been owned, built and maintained by the Beaubier family, but has also gone thru my hands, which means if it wasnt damn perfect when I got it (which it was close), it is now. Fully maintained, all hardware matches and fits perfectly, not a thing wrong with this bike - you will not find a more solid R6 trackbike. PERIOD.

Mods:
* Ohlins front fork internals (very recently serviced)
* Ohlins rear TTX shock (very recently serviced)
* front wave rotors (SK brand)
* Bazza engine management with GP quickshifter, and Traction Control !!
* Full Graves exhaust
* Race ECU
* Scotts steering damper
* larger aftermarket racing radiator+guard (runs 15 to 20degrees cooler!)
* stainless steel brake lines
* Vortex rearsets
* Vortex clip ons
* aftermarket case slider (left)
* captive rear caliper setup (makes removing/installing the rear wheel much easier)
* front brake lever guard
* fiberglass fairings with beautiful paint
* 90 degree valve stems
* carbon fiber chain guard
* 520 chain
* lightweight rear brake rotor
* swingarm spools
* ASV adjustable brake lever
* most bitties safety wired
* battery tender plug in
* other small mods not worth listing

Stock motor/internals; full OEM harness intact

SOLD
I'm pretty firm at $5900 (BARF price)
I think its a fair price for both parties; I could strip it down to stock and sell the sexy bitties, and make more $ than that - but that would be such a shame...
I've had multiple sight unseen offers of $5k; I would sell it for $5k, but i'd have to take some sexy bits off of it (brakes, radiator) to let it go at that price
SOLD

unknown where the original motor is; motor was swapped out awhile back under previous ownership. very common for track bikes not to have their original motor

bump for more pics added!

Sooo you bought this bike, let it sit in your garage while you went over every inch of it, talk about how your B bike is better than your A bike and now you are selling it!?

Did you at least track it a few times? Who last raced this bike? Any idea how many races, mileage on the motor. Have you had the top end apart or checked compression. Just curious how tired the motor might be or is it pretty fresh. Are those slicks fresh and fairly new?

Later Corky

even better than that - I did all that, and put a fancy racing radiator on it, and am now selling it for less than i initially paid for the bike itself. welcome to my life

I actually never even tracked it. rode it around the neighborhood several times fairly spiritedly (neighbors must love me); and I'll tell you it feels like it makes better power than my A-bike which has a *Newly installed* 2016 motor with 3k miles on it; feels more solid too, hard to say why, granted my A bike has more crashes on it than I can remember... no real idea how much races/mileage on the motor, but previous owner said it was still fairly fresh. I have not checked compression, based on the power it makes and the temp it runs at - it is as solid as they come. slicks on the bike are in excellent shape
