Not really "New"...more of a "Re-Intro"

Ok...so, technically, I'm not actually "new". I was a member for several years prior to "disappearing" approximately 19 months ago. In that time, I've changed jobs twice (from Amazon to one limousine company, and then to another limo company), moved couple times, and...most importantly...changed bikes. I didn't just "change" bikes, I've completely changed b ike styles. After having two Suzuki SVs in a row (1999 SV650, followed by a 2006 SV650S), I've "upgraded" to a 2017 Yamaha FJ-09 (aka MT-09 Tracer)...from "sport bike", to "sport touring". I've only had the new bike since March 29, but am looking forward to lots of enjoyable, upright riding. First "long" ride (primarily to test out the MCCruise cruise control I had just installed) was San Jose to SF via 280, then the Great Highway, across the Golden Gate Bridge, up 101 to Novato, then 37 to Vallejo, to 680, and back to San Jose. Glad to be back.

Darn straight. While I miss my SV650S (especially after all the work I did on it), I'm seriously enjoying the FJ...already done a considerable amount of work, including GIVI side cases, MCCruise electronic cruise control, and the usual "bike protection", and will be adding auxiliary lighting soon.
