July 4, 2018, Wednesday: Welcome back Jack, MGR (East Bay start) 9:30am sharp!

Tired of commuting?

Wanna meet new riding buddies?

Wanna see what this MGR shit's about?

Wanna see which supersport I decided to get?

Hola, join me in my first group ride, after healing up from bouncing off of some cars back in February. BTW my name is Jackie, but very close friends and family call me Jack. I know, even though I'm a gal.

When: KU 9:30am sharp, Tuesday July 4, 2018

Where: Peets Coffee, 20439 Redwood Rd, Castro Valley

Who: everyone is welcome. Newbie friendly. kneedraggers welcome too. Come out and play!

ROUTE: TBD, poll attached. I would prefer Berryessa, but I'm open minded.

*Safety first.
*This is not a race, ride your ride always.
*Arrive with the needed amount of gas (2 gas stations 1/2 block from peets).
*Make sure your bike is in good operating condition.
*Make sure you are in good working order.
*ATGATT pretty please.
*we will break into groups depending on who shows up (to accommodate varying skill levels) if needed. Everyone is expected to ride within their comfort level.
*Experienced riders who want to ride a mellow pace are always welcome.
*Volunteers for lead and sweep always appreciated and will receive good karma.

The Goal is for newbies & not so newbies to have a fun ride, learn new routes and meet new riders.

Please post up if you plan to join us, as it is helpful in planning leads and sweeps.

Voted for Berryessa but given it’s a holiday and that means slow tourists, double-yellow crossers and trucks pulling boat-trailers, Mines is probably a better choice.

Regardless, if it’s not 100 degrees I’ll ride wherever the group goes.

As long as no clients are super die hard about seeing me on the 4th, I'll be there!
