I took my wife on one of the tours this summer, she was sitting behind me for about 11 days out of the 14. when the off roading got intense a little she moved to the support vehicle. Also my wife is tiny so she was comfortable.

The bikes we use are Honda CB150F, they are comfortable two-up too. Not the fastest thing in the world but for the roads here, its a decent bike. Its more comfortable than a CRF250 or a DRZ400 any day.

Plus, there is always a support vehicle with us following us so your wife could jump in the whenever she feels like

Oh I've been wanting to do this for years now! I need to check with work to see if I can swing one of the later ones in 2019.
