Audiophile stuffs (amps mostly)
Hi all. This post may develop as I dig through my piles of expensive stuff in an effort to reduce how much extra audio equipment I have. Everything I list is in good working condition.
Here's the list: Adcom GFA-555. Google it. Fantastic stereo 200 watt amp for anyone on a "budget" (as they call it in the audiophile world where amps can cost as much as a house). Mine is an older model, which is most likely built better than the newer versions and has always worked flawlessly and sounds great. Asking *SOLD* for this gem. If you have a pre-amp with 12v triggering, I also have a Niles AC-3 I used with it I'll add in for $50. Parasound HCA-2205A. Discontinued beast of an amp. 5 channels at 220 watts a piece and certified THX. Have a strong back because it weighs 85 pounds. Originally sold for $2500; I'm asking $700. Jolida SJ-502B. For those of you interested in tubes, this is a good starter amp. It's been modified for extra channels and I recently had it fully serviced by ADK Hifi Repair in Benicia. Asking $600 for it. That's it for now. Feel free to make offers and I'm happy to demo, meet up, or deliver within reason. I'm located in Antioch. If you're interested in bass amps, PA amps (or speakers), studio microphones, or any other pro audio equipment, just ask, because I probably have something interesting and I'm really trying to downsize the collection. Adcom GFA-555 is a GREAT workhorse. I had one for years.
I can't believe you didn't post any pics (porn) for us to ...a...look at.

Whoever bought the Adcom got a great amp. Before I had kids and had to pair down the amount of equipment they could ruin, I had mine matched to a Conrad-Johnson PV-11 tube preamp, and the combination sounded absolutely incredible.
