It is with deep regret that I find myself unable to attend this rally. Much as I would like to, my time allowance for fun stuff has shrunk to less than zero.

Have a great time, ride well, write up wonderful stories, take great pics & vids, post all that up on teh wunnerful BARFs, be excellent to each other, eat great BBQ and such, etc., etc., etc...

I have notified the proper authorities, in this case the 49er Inn, and cancelled my room reservation. Whoever's first on the wait list, well, you're gonna get a call that room 222 is now available.

Have fun, yada, yada, yada. Don't do anything I wouldn't do.... scratch that, there's lots I wouldn't do that some of you would, just don't get caught by the local John Law.
