it is astounding that pedrosa couldn't pull of a ship with all the success he had in supporting classes. just shows how not only talented but ruthless they need to be to take it.

Pretty amazing that only 12 point separates two to seven in the standings.

Pedrosa presser letdown. "Lots of options for next year...I cannot speak about the options."

Why have a press conference to announce nothing?

My consipracy theory is he was going to retire, and got a last minute offer. Or, he has no offers and is trying to stir up some interest. But, the latter seems unlikely given the level of talent he's displayed in his GP career.

All riders, including wild card riders, will now be required to ride with an airbag suit. Why would a rider not chose to wear one? Are they uncomfortable or restrictive? I've not heard any complaints from riders to that effect. But I imagine that would be frowned upon by their sponsors who are trying to sell this tech to consumers.

Air bags have been shown to make a big safety difference. Good call there.

Airbags were already a requirement, just not for substitute/wild card riders. Call it the Pirro rule.

From the DP29 presser, it sounds like theres a bid to keep him in the GP paddock. maybe he will be on that Petronas Yamaha, next to Morbidelli? DP is squeezing that last little bit out of silly season

If DP isnt on a Repsol bike next year and isnt retired, Kevron's prophecy that he will retire as a Repsol rider will be untrue.

also, why the hell did they let that scary HRC lady emcee the press conference. that was such bullshit when the journalist asked how Dani thought Jorge would go on the Honda and she interrupted and said "can you pass the mic" wtf was that about?

pre-presser ground rules were broken.

Pedrosa should have to start at the back of the next two press conferences.
