At 5:47 p.m. Saturday on a foggy stretch of Highway 1 just south of Tunitas Creek Road in San Mateo County, 19-year-old Rebecca Siebenmorgen, a Lafayette resident and UC Santa Cruz student, was killed when her motorcycle collided with a truck, the California Highway Patrol said.

San Jose resident Mark Henderson, 47, was arrested soon after the accident on suspicion of manslaughter, felony hit-and-run and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was driving south on Highway 1 when his pickup veered into the northbound lane, where Siebenmorgen was driving, the CHP said.

This strikes soo close to home. My father was paralysed by a drunk driver. He was a paraplegic for most of his adult life. FUCK drunks. They don't understand the pain they cause. That's why I don't drink! FUCKER:finger
