Okay, that was freakin' killer. If you want to try a Luckett Ride, be prepared to RIDE! I think we did about 980 miles over the two days, about 500 of them in dirt. I missed Nor Cal I but Nor Cal II was fabulous and Nor Cal III was even better, I can't wait for Nor Cal IV. Very strong pace, very few crashes, very minor injuries, very light damage to the bikes. Thanks to all for waiting up and helping me through the hard parts. Onto the pics:

After Ross took the Double Jump on the first Goat Trail, we had to stop and fix his license plate. Even with 32" of suspension travel, his rear tire took out his plate on the landing. Nice save, Ross, that could have been ugly.

Something about Chris, chicks, and animals. At a stoplight, chick pulls up and stares at Chris' ass for like a minute, then pulls the rest of the way up to the intersection and turns right. Another chick flipped Chris off for no appearnt reason (maybe they have a history?). He was attacked by two vultures, two deer, a squirell, a turkey, and this feisty little guy

So far I see Cow Mountain -- but I don't see Trail 17, 22, or 37!

We ripped trail 37 so bad the ranger made up delete our pictures! We have to head back up there soon so I can school you on my distanzias just like I did at cow mtn! :twofinger

HAHAAHAHA

So did you guys hit 37 over to Cow or no? I don't see the pictures..... so I'm not impressed.

And yeah, she did do well -- her knee is still fucked though.

We didn't want to waste time riding over to mendo and back when there was plenty of good stuff to ride at cow. But that just means we'll have to head back up soon to finish off the trails we had to skip this time.

Wow! Snakes, Bears & Vultures! That looks like an awesome ride! Amazing! :hail

very cool! i hope i can be good enough to join you guys for Nor Cal IV.
