Thunderhill Eric Arnold Benefit Sep 27

Hello. We have some sad news but a bright spot. We are announcing a very special trackday.

You may have heard that Eric Arnold, a beloved longtime KEIGWINS instructor, was recently injured in a tragic AFM race. His injuries are severe and numerous. We are relieved he survived. But we are deeply saddened that Eric suffered irreversible damage to his spine and may never walk again.

Tragedies like these are bad enough. They are made worse by devastating financial problems. Medical bills, rehabilitation costs, unimaginable expenses to adopt to a much different lifestyle.

We're hoping for a great turnout to our newly arranged


Eric Arnold Fund Raiser Trackday, Sunday September 27 at Thunderhill.

To maximize the funds raised we are accepting only normal payments. No trackday ticket pack tickets, no VIP passes. KEIGWINS instructors are paying full price, other workers are volunteering and contributing. During the trackday we will also be auctioning some very special prizes.

WTF!!!! am i outta line for thinkin it's BS that this day isnt sold out already???? what better cause could there possibly be for doing a trackday????

If I had the money right now, I'd have signed up already, but I'll have to wait a few more weeks. This is truly a good cause, whether you know Eric Arnold, or like me, have no idea who he is.

Some people might be skipping the trackday, but donating instead. I know one of my buddies doesn't feel like running the track because of the nature of the cause, but will be donating directly instead.

It's gonna be awesome! Just paid my dues so I can play with all my friends for a good cause...which is what Eric would want, for people to have a blast on his behalf. Don't be shy join us on Sunday, there will be some good raffles and auctions going on, we're collecting some need stuff as we speak!

Jay Rosas (Vision Wells) and I will be there shooting videos. We're both paying and any video that is bought from this day will be donated 100% back to Eric's fund.

If you've considered getting video in this past - let this be the reason for you to finally do it! No better cause, all of your money will be going back to Eric.

Props! A guy at the keigwins intermediate school won a set of 209s, and immediately offered them up for sale with all procedes going to Eric

This is awesome how everyone is pitching in and doing there part to help. Some one who one a free track day at the intermediate school also sold it on SBR for Eric.

Thanks to everyone for signing up. And a note that though Eric has insurance, the medical costs are absolutely staggering... Suffice to say that when he told me how much TWO DAYS at the hospital cost, I was dumbfounded. Everyone who pitches in is to be heartily commended!

Hopefully when the new GI Bill kicks in this August it will allow for some personal expenses; rest assured that I'll make proper arrangements to be able to attend this event.
