Knoxville and beyond on Feb 19 Cancelled !!!

Sorry guys changing my oil tonight I noticed coolant in my oil damn water pump dumped on me after rebuilding it just 350 miles ago !! Damn KTM!!!!!:mad

If I'm not in Tahoe searching for snow this would be a blast. I would probably meet at 121/128 or 128/Knoxville unless your route was somehow coming from 128.
 
Im on the east side of Berryessa, Berkley actually thinking of starting off of Hwy 80/ Suisun Vally Rd ?
 
Sounds like fun, might be in for this. Depends on the weather, I have 90/10 on the klr so no mud for me
 
I have Pirrelli Scorpions on, no mud for me either. If it is a little wet maybe Frank Raines ohv instead because it actually gets better when wet, a little wet.
 
Ok if weather permits will be meeting at starbucks in Cordelia at 9 AM then heading out Susuin Valley rd to berreyessa Knoxville rd to the OHV BLM area putt around the jeep trails a while then out to Morgan Valley Rd to Lower Lake (gas) then on to HWY 29 and to Calistoga and back home on Silverado Trail and then take HWY 121 back over to Cordelia on Susuin Vally Rd. ending back at Starbucks where we started. Approx 150 miles not including the jeep trails and approx 4 hours on the road again not including the off-road time. I will be pre-running this on Wed to get exact millage and scout out the trails.:teeth

This sounds like my kind of ride too! I hate to say this, but I've already committed to another ride this Sunday. But, you never know. If those plans fall through, I'll meet you in Cordelia at 9:00am.

edit: make that Poser's corner at 9:15-9:30ish

Looks like the weather will hold for us. Meet at 9 am Kickstands up at 9:30 am Sharp ! Possibly coming back threw Bartlett Spring Rd to HWY 5 ? Any opinion's ? Scratch this route. read next post.:teeth

Possibly new route after Knoxville OHV then on to Lower Lake to refuel/lunch then back on Morgan Valley Rd to RD 40/Rayhouse Rd to HWY 16 then down past Cach Creek and back to HWY 505 then home a lot more dirt this way !!:teeth

Looks like my original plans for Sunday are going to happen. Maybe next time.....
 
Knoxville ride cancelled!!!!

So sorry guys upon changing my oil tonight realized my water pump took a dump on me and to late for me to change it nor do I have the parts. Ride is cancelled maybe next weekend if I get a chance to change the parts. Sorry:(
 
Sorry folks my water pump dumped on me I found out tonight. Noticed my coolant level was dropping so I popped the oil filter out and sure enough it was beginning to pleat:mad Just rebuilt it 350 miles ago ? Damn KTM's sorry but I have to cancel until I get a chance to rebuild it.:mad:mad:mad:mad:mad:mad
 
In honor of you and your deceased water pump...I shall come back with pics, and possibly video depending on if I ever get around to editing anything.
