They're not leaving. No way the NFL would leave the second largest market on the west coast with just the active dumpster fire in Santa Clara. :party

I think they will move into Santa Clara also. Not because they think the Raiders can save the market, but because the money fell out of the Vegas deal. San Jose will have 2 Football times, just like L.A. and New York.
 
Vegas is still just as likely as staying local.

I think all that nonsense about the Billionaire backing out if he doesn't get a stake in the team will kill the deal.
 
It did put a big damper on it, but there is other money and it's really hard to turn down $750M in free money.

The big problem is if the billionaire guy blacklists the team in Vegas, mafia style.
 
Prince Davis was waaaaaaay out of his league in his dealings with Adelson thinking he wouldn't have to give up part of the team, but billionaires don't become billionaires by not getting anything in return. Davis also thought the Goldman Sachs money would be there without Adelson, but that was kyboshed with the billionaire's departure.

The latest is Jerry Jones is now trying to help junior secure new financing for a Vegas stadium.
