:Port

Just what I was looking for...

I am a very grateful leech...:p

Sweet.....The pass by milandri underneath biaggi at the hairpin was brilliant.

BTW: thank you very much, and now where is the twofiddy race?

Thanks for the fish picture. I actually wasn't expecting a reward but that was really nice.

Sorry I don't have the 250 or 125 races, I pilfered the link from another site, so far they don't have the other links yet. I'll post them if I see them.

Is watching GP's for free worth getting BARF into legal trouble?

FREE Results from Crash.net, rather than the supposed to be pay for play links on motogp.com

If you are going to post and download dubious links on barf, at least pony up and contribute some money, or is Barf just some POS disposable resource that you could careless if it gets shut down?

If you feel compelled to distribute the race links, Just post that you have them, and get people to contact you for them. That way YOU are liable and not Barf.

Thanks for the link, I didnt see the 125 race, but I got the 250 TIVO'D :teeth

Webdev I don't think barf can be held responsible for the view/actions of its users. People post a lot of silly shit here. I don't know how you linked the action of one individual to BARF?

If I thought that could get barf in trouble I wouldn't have posted it. I've gotten just about every race in the last 2 seasons off of barf and never seen one of them get shut down or edited, so I thought it was ok. Also since I found the race elsewhere first today, I thought by posting it I would be 'contributing'. I'll make a monetary contribution too if it makes you feel better. :teeth

thanks

thanks for the link...those of us who arent Man-ginas appreciate it

No, Barf is where the link is, and the Mods are responsible for purging posts that have known copyrights, or are "stolen" in the eyes of the content owner.

In the case of motogp.com content, it's Dorna, who HAS sent not so friendly letters to owners of sites and forums that have a lot less traffic than Barf does.

a mod can only really be held responsible if he has been made aware of the content posted

so until someone sends a ansty letter informing the mods of this copyright infringment, it isn't their fault

they have plausible deniability
