Meet MotoLiam at Motostrano this Saturday

All Barfers are invited to attend a "Meet Moto Liam at Motostrano" event this Saturday at our retail location in Redwood City from 12:00 Noon to 2: 00 PM. Motostrano will provide food and beverages during the talk.

The Man, the Myth and the Legend, Moto Liam will be on hand discussing his adventures on the MotoGP cirquit this year. Discover the behind the scenes tales of Liam's adventures working for a MotoGP team, hangin' with the likes of Hayden, Pedrosa, Edwards, Rossi, Stoner and the rest of these moto superhumans.

As one of only 11 Americans in the entourage traveling the world with MotoGP, Liam's stories and views are of interest to any one following the MotoGP races and any motorcycle enthusiast.

Stop by our store this Saturday and meet MotoLiam!

Argh, damn you! I have to get a new rear tire mounted on the rear of the 250 on Saturday, as the plug is only holding air slightly better than the chunk of metal I removed, and don't think I can make this. It would be great to finally meet the man, the myth, the legend that is...MotoLiam!

This is going to be soo much fun!

Hey Everyone,

I'm pumped to get the chance to meet a bunch of you at Motostrano on Saturday! I missed meeting everyone at the Blue Fin party at Laguna Seca (some peeps couldn't make it due to the heat/whatnot) but this should be a very fun event and I'm stoked that Joe is laying out some food and drinks for everyone on what is going to be a nice Saturday to ride around on. Do you guys realize that Motostrano is just off the 84? Straight shot up the mountain from the store. . . .
I'll be there to talk a little about MotoGP, WSBK, new things coming out next year, and pretty much anything else that I can talk about, so let's all get together and have a great time. I'l probably have a car there with the rest of the preordered Motoliam shirts that people didn't pick up at Seca, so if I missed you in Monterey, come on down to Motostran! Once again, thanks Joe, for making this possible.

Liam,

Will you have any Motoliam shirts there? I missed you at monterey but I will be in the bay area this weekend.

Yep, he will!

So, I looked at your site, looked at services and what not- so what exactly are you doing for dough these days my man? did you ever hook up with a team as a mechanic, or were you going for the photog/reporter angle from the begining? I have been meaning to ask this on several of your threads, because it , quite frankly, fascinates the hell out of me, and I don't fascinate easily!

I have to say- you rock dude- wish I could meet ya too! God willing and the creek don't rise- someday I will!

Hi CruisingRam,

I do all those things and more, but predominantly I'm a mechanic on Alex Hofmann's Desmosedici. During the off-times between races I have my fingers in everything else I can get my hands on. I'm not sure what the future holds, and where I'll be positioned next season, so I'm just doing my best to learn as much as possible about as many things as possible to set myself up for bigger and better things in the future. Maybe you'll make it to an overseas race one day, or I'll end up riding through Alaska. . . . . but regardless, life moves in strange circles (and so do I!), and the possibilities are endless. Life is so beautiful.

XRsick50 - I'll be in Barcelona by the 27th prepping for a month on the road through September. After the three "Asia" rounds I hope to spend a week in Japan after the Motegi race to check out some sights and hopefully some other cool opportunities.

For now? I'm heading out to Motostrano - See you guys there!

Thanks to Motostrano Joe and Liam! Fun times.
