Jmack and I drove down to Reno as soon as I landed in town, and it was a great two days of riding! Zoom ZOom always does a good job, and the BBQ/impromptu karaoke after the day was over....well that can't be put into words!

Thanks to Phil @ Aftershocks for sorting my new bike out for me. Getting used to the KTM after the Mille is a little weird!

I think I know how to ride the bike now....I just need to learn how to ride it fast!

Also....Thanks to Jason from Yamaha and Zoran (TWF) for letting me ride their bikes. The GSX-R 750 was awesome, and the R6 was like riding a four stroke GP bike!

All in all...the riding was fun, the sun was hot, and my sunburn feels good because it reminds me of what I did this weekend!

It was a really tight track, and seemed to suit the KTM fine....until the front straight!!! whatever ground I might have made up on the sprotbilers was lost as soon as we hit the straight!

I was super stoked to ride a couple of sportbikes this weekend. Didn't get any pics on Zoran's bike, but Joe got this one while I was out on Jason's bike.

Did you guys know that Yamaha is a Zoom Zoom sponsor? Pretty cool for a major manufacturer to come on board and sponsor a program like this!

So....I guess it's not too bad a bike for a track like Fernley. Can't wait to get it to Stockton!!!

Thanks everybody for sharing a cool couple of days riding! So....where are the pics from the rest of you foo's?

Feel free to post in this thread....

THanks Joe for all the cool photos!

Nice to see everyone out there. I took out my SV for a few sessions as well, and i'm far more comfortable riding the sportbike.

Your KTM may be too big for stockton, no?

too small for road racing tracks and too big for supermoto tracks... why did i buy this thing again?....oh yeah! now i remember!
