Custom hi-mount intermediate pipes fabricated for a customer's bike with several sections of 304 SS tubing welded together, also utilizing the pre-existing Remus canisters. Simple mounting brackets were fabricated from 3/16" T-6 aluminum, though more stylish looking brackets will be made as soon as my new CNC plasma cutter arrives later this month.

Wow, looks cool for an older bike. I would love to get that done on my bike. What was the cost for this work?

excellent work nairebis. where do you work?

can you make collectors too?

i was looking at picking up a midpipe from m4 to go from a low mount to a high mount, but they are pricey, and then i have 2 midpipes.

so i saw this (yes, it is a hawk):

now, i figure if im gonna spend the money, why not get something i want. So, i was thinking of a setup like that, but exiting on the left, or dual highmounts like the 900ss above. what did that cost the customer? (if you dont mind me asking).

didn't that guy make the exhaust himself? I remember seeing that in an old BIKE mag somwhere.

Thanks herpantes . . . . it was a LOT of work and set up time. I'm located in the east bay - Pinole, to see more of my work just click the link to my website on the signature below.

Collectors are a bit tricky, but I know of a place in SoCal that does them if you furnish the proper measurements (which I can help you with).

So what do you consider pricey? I mean it sounds like what you want to do may be right up there with the m4 set up, as far as cost.

Yes, it's always nice to get exactly what you want, though the very nature of one-off custom fabrication often well exceeds the price of mass produced parts.

What did it cost the customer? Well, it actually ended up being about the same or slightly less than what a set of dual Remus GP slip-ons would go for.

Email me if you want to discuss your project further.

Nice!I got a Zuma that could use a hi-mount:laughing

Duc 900 ss sp Mid 90s but not forgotten

The Duc 900 SS SP is a nice looking bike but I felt that it lacked the fluid shape compared to the newer Duc’s . After pretty much putting all the bolt on mods such as 39mm flat slides, yoyodyne flywheel, Marvic magnesium blah blah blah so on and so on I figured let’s bring this good ole mid 90s Duc closer to this era and this is when I ran in to Mr, Patrick Ho a talented fabricator reaping out of Pinole Ca. (going north in HWY 80 exit as soon as you see Krispy Kream) as you can see the picture says all. An awesome job and a cool price at that. So if you have any kooky ideas in mind for your motorbike. Support your local bay area fabricator and buzz the man up… laters dudes and dudets

what does one have to do to get a pic for me profile up in here?
