I only require 4 - 6 hours of sleep durring the week. But on weekends is when I catch up. I'll sleep about 8 - 9. In general if I answered the poll I'd answer 5 - 6.

actually I'm just on a different time zone than the west coast.

but 6-7 hours consistently unless partied hard or something :)
 
falling asleep is something that can be cured. ask your local pharmacist.
 
5-6, is what I need. Once in awhile, I like to sleep in and get 8 hours. I just feel, with as many hours I put in at work, that when I spend my off time asleep, I'm missing out.
 
I personally need 8 to 10 hours.

When I was younger (long time ago) I could sleep ALL DAY long with no problem. Now that I am getting older the more I sleep the worse I feel when I wake up! SUCKS!:D
 
The other week I caught about 4-5 a night. Saturday I slept 6 hours, got up for two and slept another six. Felt sluggish the next day though.
 
I can live with 6-7, I prefer 9-10.
 
Worknights, I generally get to bed between 11 and 1am, and wake up around 6:30. I feel pretty good on the eleven pm nights and a bit haggard on the 1am ones, but can get by for a week or so no problem on under 6. I like to get at least 8, and on weekends, an occasional ten hour night is enjoyable, though I generally will only get ten hours if I go to sleep early. I like to be up and enjoy the morning on weekends.

I NeeD 7-8. The black circles under my eyes have become permenant features the last few years :( And that's with meds to help!
 
What I need or require and what I actually get are very different. I should get 8 or so hours, but normally only get 6 or so hours during the week and then get 8 or so on the weekends. I dont think I am ever completely caught up.
 
I normally sleep 5-7 hours on school days, but on the weekends I sleep about 8-9 and sometimes even 10 :laughing:
