Orange tree fell in my backyard. Anyone you can recommend to remove it?

Naw, she's pretty small, but she'll take those limbs off and buck down the main trunk enough to fit in the green bin. I can bring a few batteries.
Your arborist dude isn't even going to do the work, he will just sub it to some hombres and he will probably pay them $25/hr for 2 guys, half a day.
Arborists are great if you're concerned about pruning branches on a tall tree and you want to make sure you don't get a hatchet job that permanently messes up the tree. For a job like this, not so much...

Bingo bongo. And what stump? It rotted itself and will be gone with some garden soil on top and a few seasons of rain. Orange wood is very dense and pretty blond when turned. Save to lower 36" and send to a turner for a bowl set with the money saved by DIY (DI barf) labor rates.
I would cycle that brush into the green can over time. With a little drying on the ground the smaller pieces will crush down into very small pieces. It's about 4 recycle rollies if you harvest the sticks down to 2" or so. The fruit, not ripened too much, makes great candy. Or drink garnish. They last indefinitely at room temp.

You can sawzall all the branches super easy with an appropriate pruning blade, That will get 90% the volume dealt with until you get something/someone's bigger tool for the trunk
Two hours of work, with several chat breaks included, and all that is left is putting the small cut branches into the bins. Dan did the cutting and heavy lifting, while I shuttled the cut tree limbs to the curb. That battery powered chainsaw made quick work in the skilled hands of Dan.

Are you going to carve the outside too, or leave as a cylinder?

Was able to get over to Jammer's and snag about 10 of the larger pieces, well except for the two largest
sections. No, I'm not "dead lifting" those kazillion pound 10"-12" by 2-3/4' - 3' sections up 3+' to clear the tailgate. That kinda shit is
for you young, spry turks!
Berth, that's an Arbortech Turboplane on an angle grinder. The oak slab is a little over 12" diameter, exterior side is about 6", low side is about 3-3/4" high.
I should have gotten to it when it was "green", versus waiting over a year to "get around to it". I do have some Buck firmer chisels, corner chisel, straight gouges,
and front bent gouges and assorted wood chisels, but this chunk 'o wood was hard and dry so the Turboplane removed most of the wood. The exterior bark has been removed and will retain the round shape. I'm just going to sand it to clean it up.
Here's a piece of olive that was 12" long and about 5"-6" diameter then cut in half. It was a lot easier to to use hand tools since it still had some moisture
in the wood.

That tree looks green, not orange.
I'm happy that you put those oranges to good use. I spent my morning filling up two green bins that the neighbors provided. In another week it should be all clear.
