Never had the hair stand up or get the chills from a song? Interesting. I think of myself as an emotional person so not sure if that has anything to do with it.

I do listen to rap music and love it, I actually listen to all kinds of music on my xm satellite radio but I have never got the chills from any kind of music other than rock

There's lots of songs that take me back or make me smile or instantly make me wanna jump up and down.

The rare song actually gives me the chills and it is a beautiful thing.

One song still gives me goosebumps.

Aug 22th 1989 nice ride with my brother and two friends going to Lassen NP. My brother had a crash and did not make it. I had a old Yamaha with a radio in a vetter fairing. Leaving the hospital in Susanville CA this song came on.

With that story and that song it really made me feel something. RIP to your brother. I am sure I will remember this everytime I hear that song now
