any front brake squeal from you 701 guys? feels like my front rotor is warped actually but i donno if i'm imagining things. Don't ride that bike near hard enough to where i'd think that's possible.

Cheap and easy way to free up hp without going for the Rottweiler kit and pcv..bike still runs great and I don’t see a need for any tuning with just the Evo lid and a slip on. Idk what the fueling dongle actually does... but that is on there too

Had to trim the plastic flange on the outside. also trimmed the inside to match the oem airbox and how it sits flush on the filter where it attaches to the airbox

Do you have the fuel dongle thingy installed? Thanks for the link...I might have to buy and check it out. Currently not running fuel dongle, pcv. Just have a slip-on.

Mine did on occasion some miles ago...it went away though.

contemplating putting the rott intake back on JUST for the storage space. Sketch riding around with no tire plug kit.

no pulsating brake lever? only really noticeable at low speed for me, wondering if this is tolerance in the floating design or what. No clue how to measure run out correctly on a floating rotor. Maybe i'll pull the pads and take a gander.

Yea sorry, that was not clear. Yes I have the fueling dongle installed.

The airbox does increase sound of the bike. The suction of the intake is almost louder than the slip on.

I have had it off and on. Usually after a water wash or wet ride. I douse the rotor and caliper in simple green. Then hit the rotor with brake clean on a new rag and it stops.

I THINK the abs messes with lever feel. Not too sure.

The storage space is the SOLE reason I want the rott intake kit...

That's why I typically ride with a backpack...or fanny pack (dont hate)

they are noisy motors for sure, but i'm sure with how long you've had your bike, you know what it sounds like. mine sounds like any other 690 i've had, not good, but normal for KTM

It actually sounds like my damn decompression weights are loose again. Guess ill pull the valve cover ahead of time this go round to see wtf is going on.

Either way, i'll pull the valve cover here (probably this week) and take a picture if i find anything crazy. About time to check my valves anyways i guess.
