Why does the search function no longer work? - BARF

It actually has not been working for me for the last couple of months and ironically, I can not look up why on this forum. Anyone else have this problem and what is the solution?

Error message below after 3 min of hanging up after each try:

An error occurred.
Sorry, the page you are looking for is currently unavailable.
Please try again later.

If you are the system administrator of this resource then you should check the error log for details.

Moving to website so an admin can see this.

With me, I click " Search" and it just goes back to a blank Search screen. Doesn't work at all.

It has always sucked for me, but I knew it was just me. Any IT person would tell me that. So there, it is you guys. and me. We are supposed to deal.

I ha e too kick on it and open a new window for it to work....

worked for me yesterday and worked just now ... searched "rhetoric" and with the "posts" box checked it returned over 50 pages of hits ...

edit: also using chrome ...

edit 2: also worked with Microsoft Edge, with "threads" checked ...

I use BARF search fairly often, because it will search private forums ... found it works pretty well.
otherwise I use google site:www.bayarearidersforum.com ...

I use Brave but also tested it on Opera, Chrome, and Edge. Same results for all browsers. It just hates me.

I use chrome..
When I hit Search..the box opens..
When I click too enter a word..It disappears.
Stil, have too open a new window.

That happens to me on Chrome mobile.
