nah. its happening on the 20th. the 'hearing' might be on another date, but the committee 'meeting' is on the 20th.

I guess I'm confused.

T&H usually meets on Tuesday afternoon. The Senate Daily doesn't show them scheduled to meet on Monday the 20th. They do show SB435 as being on the agenda for a T&H committee meeting on the 14th.

They really need to make this completely retroactive. I don't know what the deal is with the stupid year 2000 rule. We should be smogging bikes back to at least 1980.

That would be as logical as using 2000.

The changes in emissions requirments came in 1984, 1988, 2004 & 2008.
