![]() Anybody get to ride one of these at the Sonoma kart track?
Roadracing World has a press release about Rise Moto LLC as the official USA distributor. Price sheet from Rise Moto website starts at just under 5k for 110cc and goes almost to 7k for a 190cc. M1GP enthusiastically announced a partnership with Rise Moto (despite misspelling Ohvale several times). Josh Herrin looks like he's having fun ![]() youtu.be/_BCHd8IyacM Last edited by andrewhsu; 01-27-2019 at 06:28 PM.. Reason: fix youtube link |

Bucci Moto BR10GP is what I'm getting. Cheaper than ohvale and the North American importer is from the bay area.

I was interested in the Ohvale, but then I saw how teeny they were. I like my minis to be more RS50 and less NSR50.

RS50 is 7/8ths and the NSR is 1/2 size

Ill buy that for a dollar. my thoughts in the matter were mostly of the Nsr and the ohvale. I have a ysr and they seem comparable in size. never seen an rs50 but make sense

Yeah, for a bike ridden by an adult 12s might be a better option than 10s
still looks like a blast |

The NSR 50, NSF100 and YSR are similar in size and fitted with 12" wheels. better suited for those under 6' tall. Grom and Z125 (and similar bikes) are similar in height and also fitted with 12" wheels, but another topic. Quote:

I'm 5'1" and the Metrakit/NSR size bikes still feel pretty small to me. Run what ya brung, of course, they're never not fun. The primary purpose of these bikes is to get the kids going, so any adult use is a bonus.
I currently have a CR85 on 17"s, and it's a hoot and a half at even as tight a track as Stockton. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to do GP shift...

The argument these days of needing a 12” wheel is irrelevant. For years, the 12” wheel was the only way you’d be able to get decent rubber. With Ohvale partnering with PMT to bring 100/90 and 120/80 by 10” slicks in a 45 Shore A up to a 60 shore A compound tire.. the need for a 12” wheel is irrelevant. It actually makes these bikes a little clumsy.
The Bucci BR10GP starts at $4499 for a 110cc. $5499 gets you the monster Daytona 190cc. AIR FREIGHT INCLUDED. plus tax. Quick specs: 140lbs, 25.6” seat height. 28hp. 4 speed 6 plate wet clutch. MUPO fully adjustable suspension. With the exception of the motor.. 100% made in Italy. Send it. |

The guy from RISE will usually bring some rental Ohvales to track days at Stockton. Worth giving it a go.
