Made gunnies last night. I didn't realize how much the damn recipe made and filled up my three gummy molds and had a ton left over. So I just poured it onto saran wrap on a plate. Now I have a shit ton of gummi bears and two big gummi discs. I'll test today.

The trimmed plants look a bit wilted this am. You can have on if they recover.

I have never tried to clone a clone before. Know any tricks?
I just nipped off a lower branch, exposed the center & stick it in the dirt, with a skewer to support it.

Did you use some cloning powder or gel? Try that.

I’ll see if Sloats has that.

Edit, they do! I’ll pick some up today.

I emailed you some pics, Mike.

Making compost tea. 2 cups compost, 1 cup worm castings, 1 TS each of URB, Seaweed extract and molasses. Airating overnight with an airstone attached to an air pump.

Then what do do with it?

Picked up some cloning powder. Recut the first clones & used the powder. Cut a new branch and treated it.

I'll tell you what I do that so far has yielded 49/50 a few times...

When you're taking cuts, just use scissors and stick them in a glass of water. Try to take similar size cuttings so they're more uniform in growth later on.

When your cup is full and your hands are clean, take a sharp and clean razor blade and cut the stem at a 45 and then shave the thinnest amount of skin along the sides, all the way around, about a quarter inch up from the 45 down to the end.

As each one is cut with the razor, dip in rooting gel, then in mycorrhiza, then in whatever rooting medium. I like the root riot peat moss cubes. The cubes should be wet enough that you could still wring out some drips if you wanted, but not so wet that they drip with a light to medium squeeze.

Put them in a dome and spray the inside of the dome. Leave them alone for the first 24-48hrs, then for the next couple days after that, start opening the dome a couple times a day for 15min or so. Wipe off the old moisture inside the dome and respray it. From there for the next ten days or so you want to slowly increase the number of times you remove the dome and for how long. Towards the end you'll probably leave the dome off for an hour maybe three or four times a day, so you can extrapolate the middle parts on your own. In the beginning just the humidity is enough, but towards the end of the two week period you should have fully transitioned from spraying the dome, to spraying the cubes. In the beginning, the humidity in the dome is needed for survival, but at the end you should be thinking of spraying the dome more like an occasional treat. You can let the cubes get a little drier than you think. The root riot cubes are nice because you'll get to learn the shades of brown and how they relate to moisture, making it easy to care for them independently by spraying the lighter ones more, etc. At the end you'll probably be spraying the cubes two or three times a day. And it sounds like a lot, but try not to fuck with them too much. Consecutive hours without you fucking with them are good hours. Reduce the number of times you mess with them by trying to spray and vent at the same time.

Light at 18/6. Something like a 2ft 24w fluorescent maybe 4" above the top of the dome is good.

^ good tips, thanks! Just read it after I did my cloning...

So got 5 clones in the dome. None wilted after 2 hours!
Maybe these will take.

Added humidifier. Set to 60%

I wish I could do a Wifi controller for temp and humidity but don't want to spend the money. Would literally be cheaper to buy a Wyze fixed camera pointed at the display of a temp/humidity controller.
