Im on waiheke island off the coast of AKL. some days we see the boats practice, see them from the deck of the house.
the boats dont have a keel they have hydraulic legs on each side that hydrofoil, and a rudder out back. when they kick in, they leave the power boats standing.
hope the cup goes to USA
