Maintenance is on schedule, so they'll be due in about 7k miles.

Forgot to mention, I can include a Pro Italia valve adjustment DVD. Original post updated.

I miss my 94 M900.

Desmoto checked them several times over the years but always found them in good shape.

Scratches aren't a big deal....first keeper (heh) bikes were monsters, might be nice for the nostalgia. Details on the motor replacement? Stock carbs?

Engine is from a 1998 M900. It had 7600 miles on it when Desmoto installed it in 2014. If I recall the 98 monsters had a different tune than the earlier models. Lower hp but more torque and smoother. I preferred this engine over the 94 M900 we had that had a 944 kit. A big reason why I sold the other monster first.

Carbs are stock but have been jetted.

Fired it up for an interested party yesterday. Didn't even hesitate after sitting for weeks.

bump for Evan

I bought Evan's other M900. Good deal and awesome fun - still running great. I was eyeballing this one too, but it wasn't yet for sale. GLWS Evan.

That was my first thought also, lol.
As the owner of 5 m900s and 10 tank dents, i was shocked.
