2020 NorCal Moto Championship Race Day opener is coming up fast!
There will be Open Practice on Sat, March 7th. Gates open at 9a.
Cost:$40 (non-members), $20 (members).

Side note: Ed will have Ohvale's (110cc, 150cc, 190cc) for rent, Sat and Sun. Cost: $150 a day

<edit> Day Light Savings is this weekend, people - clocks move forward a hour.

Race Day, March 8th:
Gates open at 7am
Race fee $65 for first class. Other class participation are discounted.
Spectaters $10

-Riders Meeting 9am
-First Practice starts at 9:30

~Format~
-1st 5min. practice session (9:30-10:45 approx)
-2nd 5min. practice session (each class) (approx. 10:45-12)
-Lunch (12-12:30)
-Qualifying (each class)(12:30-1:30)
-Mains (1:30-???

Open Practice on Sat. Cost $40, per rider
Race on Sunday

First Race Entry cost is $65. Additional class entry(s) are discounted.

Ed will have Ohvale's for rent, on Practice and Race Day; 110cc, 150cc, 190cc
Additionally, Allen has bikes to rent as well. Contact Allen for details and reservation

Folks,

Due to Stay At Home mandate, both Stockton and Dixon has announced track closures. I have not heard anything about Infineon. But, I imagine it will be closed too. Once the mandate has been lifted, I will update accordingly.

No update.

However, being that Newsom has relaxed and is allowing some outdoor activities with restrictions (basic protocol), some of us are emailing the county to voice and request the track to be opened up again.

For those that attend track days, know that typically, we are pitted more than 6' apart, and are pretty much isolated in full gear when occupying the track. We can agree that we all have no problem following the Public protocol protection (more than 6' apart, wearing face masks, and hand sanitizers), while in the pit area.

Subject: Please allow the Little 99 Kart and Mini Moto Track to reopen.

Hello,

I am part of an invested and active group that uses the Little 99 Kart and Mini Moto Track. Now that the Governor has allowed golf courses and other outdoor recreational areas to be open for use, please allow our group to use the Little 99 track.

Even in non-Covid19 times, kids and adults normally use the track wearing helmets, suits, gloves as protective gear, and set up their spaces away from each other (more than 6' apart). We are prepared to wear a face covering and use hand sanitizer as well as exercise physical/social distancing with off-track interactions.

The group that uses the track is a family-oriented community that takes care of their own as well as this facility. Please allow us to once again enjoy the outdoors doing what we love on our favorite little track.

As days / week pass with no further updates, I suggest to follow up, to check on the status, and continue to voice our request to them taking action sooner, then later ...... til they (Fairgrounds Committee) announce the track activities has been opened for use.

Allen has posted on FB that he is accepting 1/2 season membership at Stockton.
Cost: $200

Membership allows any day track access. Keep in mind, there are no lights for those that stay past dusk. Track will be closed if there is a scheduled private function or the fairgrounds is hosting an event.

On another note; Allen has announced that the track will start opening up to members. However, at this time, NO guests are allowed, due to COVID state or county, and fairground committee restrictions.

There's no "official" school or training, that I'm aware of. However, Bert Toth does provide lessons. Give Allen a call, he could provide you some info and contacts
