When was Q boy racing MM? ........ Ah ........ Nev-ar!
Q boy was .007 faster on lap 20, when M&Ms was over 4 seconds faster than the second place guy. Now, why the heck would M&Ms give a melted chocolate covering what the guy in NINTH (9) and TWELVE (12 secs) back is doing?

Let's see Q boy beat some people before we get all excited about a few fast laps. He beat CC, which indicates that maybe the Honda ain't as good as some think or the Yamaha is better than some think. Either way, he has one win and a second in Moto2. Not exactly a packed resume, to think he can regularly beat the top riders in MotoGP.

Quat will be on a podium in the near future. He went through his racing puberty in Moto2, and I've been watching him since his pre-moto3 days. I really think he will be on a factory ride sooner rather than later, especially since Rossi will be retiring and Yamaha will let Vinales walk. Quat may not be an alien, but I think he's closer than the rest of the non-46/93 crowd. Had he not had his mechanical in Jerez, and assuming he could've managed his tires-always a struggle for most, he would've been on the podium. Here's to Quartararo on a factory Yamaha.

Rookie Fabio Quartararo's name is spelled with 3 "r"s. I had misspelled Rookie Fabio Quartararo's name by using only 2 "r"s. Rookie Fabio Quartararo's father is named Etienne Quartararo. Etienne Quartararo also has a father. His name is also Quartararo. Rookie Fabio Quartararo is on the MotoGP grid. Rookie Fabio Quartararo's middle name is not Fabio. Rookie Fabio Quartararo will be around for a while.

I'm not sure your point, but since you quoted me, I guess I'll have to clarify that I use Quat- not Quart, as a nickname, given by me, as just simply rolls off the tongue easily. You'll notice I spelled it correctly when used in full, whether referring to him, his father, or his grandfather, although the latter two I did not, and probably never will. He's a rookie? No kidding.

August 19-20, 2019 are the MotoGP testing dates announced for the new KymiRing track in Finland. If you're going to be in Finland this summer for reindeer and moose watching, you might as well check it out. Single day ticket for testing is just 50 Euro and 2-day ticket with grandstand seat is 99.50 Euros.

Track runs clockwise.

Bring a sweater.

My lack of clarity, not yours. My misspelling, not yours. I quoted your comment because I agreed with it. The business about spelling was simply riffing on my own mistake, which I assumed I could do at length and at leisure. Best wishes.

He'll get a chance to prove his mettle, too. Of course I know your were speaking allegorically. Don't we all?
