CHP Lane Splitting Tips - BARF

I have asked Butch to help me get an email campaign going before the OCT 17th CMSP meeting. Stay tuned please and do a little bit of work to help us.

It's not clear to me what you're asking. You and the barf have done an exemplary job filling in so far. This site has published guidelines and I've read of your efforts to work with CHP and such. Seems the legislature has put the onus on CHP to deliver. Will they? I do not see a lack of support, so what gives? What are the obstacles? Seems a simple thing. I bang this type of stuff out daily, especially when it's already there...

The mystery remains.... why after approval 18 months ago they are still not released and the media campaign to share them has not taken place.
