Did you ever try it Adam? Lol

I throw skinless boneless chicken breast in a Crock-Pot, cover it in salsa of your choice. Cook on low 4-6 hours. 30 mins before serving cover it with shredded cheese and cook 30 more minutes. Serve over Spanish rice.

Crock pots are old tech. Y'all need to learn the pressure cooker.

Add on on top of meat inside cooker:

1 package ranch dressing mix
1 package au jus seasoning mix
1 stick butter
toss in a handful of Pepperoncini peppers [the ones from a jar]

I was skeptical the first time but it's a go-to now. Trust

We've been using a pressure cooker for decades.

Hardly new tech, the new ones just introduced them to scaredy cats.

This was way out of my wheelhouse, but it looked interesting.

I threw a heavy sear on the rump, added 3/4C good beef stock, 1/4C pepper brine, and 1/4c water in the insta pot. Then 4T soft butter and 4T flour added to juices to make gravy. Served over buttery potato mash.

Bomb ass meal on a cold rainy night.

Thx! This oneís going in the collection.

Please to include me on the instant pot recipe. So far I've only made a moderately decent carnitas with it. I'm intrigued, the peppers almost give it an italian beef thing.

Instant Pot recipes are slow cooker recipes with less time cooking.
