yeah when I read that I literally got goosebumps and felt so frustrated just thinking about it.

I can't imagine any other way that would be worse to die. I'd imagine it's the worse combination of physical, mental, and emotional anguish that the human body could ever endure.

BUT I thought to myself for a brief moment, "maybe it wasn't as bad as it sounds. He was most definitely okay with confined spaces and cave hunting. Maybe he didn't have some of those shitty feelings of claustrophobia and mental suffocation." Those two for me would make the experience 13408342 x worse. I hope he didn't have those feelings weighing him down even more.
