Deserving for sure. I am sure he would like the Yamaha SB seat though.

I'm afraid that JD wouldn't be doing any more AFT races if he signed with Suzuki because they don't have a suitable Twins platform. He might be able to ride an RMZ at Superprestigio if Suzuki chose to support him.

I'd rather see Beach move to AFT. He's can podium anywhere racing part time and he's not intimidated one bit by Mees. Imagine what kind of results he'd get racing full AFT full time. If JD landed a factory Indian seat, the pay is as good or better than MotoAmerica.

Which racer best fits that description ?

The article was brief but to the point.

Points as expected.

I went back and read this again and it really sounds like Sakakura could be talking about poaching Beaubier from Graves.

. But I think, generally, our first priority is a rider who is familiar with the MotoAmerica paddock, the tracks we race on, the tires we race on.

...

Who might fit in the best. A question I ask is technically how involved they are in developing the settings on their motorcycle. At this level, most of the guys are very involved, which is very important. Especially with the electronics and some of the settings we're playing with now, it can get overwhelming if you're not familiar with that.
