Marquez looked on the ragged edge all weekend, more so that usual from what I saw. Wouldn't be surprised if he didn't finish the race, if Dovi or anyone else can give him a challenge where he needs to push.

On lap 1, Viñales' crew should put "10 Laps to go" on his board and continue doing that until there really are just 10 laps left. Apparently, the last ten laps are the only thing that motivates him.

Massimo Meregalli told Simon on Friday why the M1 is fast - because the tires are working. that idea fits the whole Michelin era to a 'T'

I wonder if Michele Gadda is making a difference for Yamaha?
It definitely fits within the timeline of his arrival behind the scenes. Him getting up to speed with MotoGP can also explain Aragon results because he's still learning MotoGP.
Curiously, if Yamaha continues to show strength in the closing rounds they may have found the missing piece to being more competitive in 2019.

MotoGP Yamaha moved Michele Gadda from WSBK Yamaha team to help fix the M1.

“Michele was working with the MotoGP team at the Brno race and test, as he is a Yamaha engineer and we have a very long summer break,” said a Pata Yamaha team spokesman.

“This doesn’t mean he will go to the MotoGP team, it was more a case of sharing available Yamaha resources.”

Rossi admitted that the sudden upturn in form has surprised Yamaha as well as only small changes were made to the bike.

He did reveal that those modifications came from Michele Gadda, a former Ducati electronics engineer who was recently brought in by Yamaha to help improve.

"Is a surprise also for us because in the test we were quite in trouble here in this track.

Also gotta say that Marini is definitely building his own brand and not living in the shadow of his Bro.

I gotta watch the other two yet, but GP held my attention.

It's always better when there's lots of chasing and passing.

136 caps starting HERE with 2 1/2 laps to go. Page Left.
i probably have a lot to learn about frame rate and such. as it is with replay set around 30%, i was still chasing camera focus all over the place.

Now they need a firebrand like HRC Technical Director Takeo Yokoyama. Send Lin Jarvis back to the beet truck.
