WTF is the deal with the Sunday 5-10 mile loop for the adventure class?

Do we just ride the same loop until the 3-hour minimum timeframe is done?

Is the 5-10 miles like absolute dogshit hell?

Can someone elaborate?!?

On the full course, there is a normally at least one section or two that is challenging for most people on regular dirt bikes. Could be a steep loose hill climb, or a rocky canyon, something like that.

The short loop cuts out those sections, that's why the vintage bikes, big bikes, and super-beginners run that course. The full loop would probably be really really hard and/or impossible on a full size adv bike.

So to answer your question directly, yes, you just do laps on the 5-10 mile short loop for 3 hours. Whether or not it's dogshit hell will be a matter of your personal perspective, but it will be easier than the full course.

Woot one week away I'm rider 901 there are more than a handful of electric racing! Going to make some history here!

Looks like there is a mini moto race I might sign up for that if they take late entries onsite.

EDIT: Aww looks like the minis race is only for kids =/
