Kinda reminds me of the G650 XChallenge, styling wise. Could be an amazing bike.

Haha! I thought the same thing.

"Wow, great job Yamaha! You managed to make a bike that looks identical to what KTM put out a decade ago!"

To be fair, the 990 ADV just took the rally style and put it out to consumers. It's not like they invented the look.

Yeah, but KTM didn't put out something with Yamaha reliability. I assume the T7 will have the 700 P-Twin, which is a damned good motor for a bike that is going to be ridding out in the middle of nowhere. I'm definitely interested to see if we get this thing in a couple of years.

Ehhh, every time I see an fz07 dropped, the covers shatter and oil goes everywhere. That thing is gonna need lots of metal cages and things to protect it.
But the motor should be fun! I just hope they don't de-tune it...

And KTM's are perfect, the water pumps go out, they have 67 screens and filters, there are mystery oil leaks, the blinkers get water in them. They are super reliable!

I would imagine that it would be the FZ07 motor in a completely different frame. With any luck, they will make it a good, protective, durable one.

It needs a 17/19 wheelset, and the DCT. That would be perfect.
