I never seen both bikes side-by-side, but from sitting on them they seem to be about the same size. The 500 is a little heavier.

As i said before, the 500 has a little more power, but the 250 will be quicker and easier to sell.

I started with a GS500, but it was an F model. I bought it because it was the best looking 500cc or less bike I could find.

WAY too much plastic.

capable though. Enough that you can ride to the limits of safety on any public roads I could find.
