Yup. Also makes sense that Jorge and Rossi are not so fast yet, they skipped some of the testing this season because they were battling for the 2015 championship. Meanwhile Honda and Ducati was out testing those Michelins to get ready for 2016.

I love how Ducati supports all their teams.

Laverty: Ducati steers better than ‘Open’ Honda

Quote:
While his 2015 Honda machine received little in the way of development and new parts, Laverty was buoyed by the number of Ducati technicians in his garage. Even Ducati Corse's general manager Gigi Dall'Igna – with whom Laverty worked in 2012 and 2013 – made an appearance, in his eyes showing the Italian factory has a “genuine interest” in the team's fortunes.
Quote:
“We have Ducati techincians working with us. It was nice to see all the red shirts in the box yesterday and Gigi even called down as well so you can see there is a genuine interest and that we are genuinely being supported. That's always how Gigi has been, we worked together before and even the customer bikes in superbikes used to push us."

Nothing to "renew" for me... and I've said it elsewhere: I can't get the season pass. I am sure it will become a time drain and I can't afford that. Off season, though, with the long Scandinavian nights and the long hours indoors, is another question.

and seriously dropping like flies! Makes it look a little like the trackdays I usually attend. Well, except for the wicked speed and lean angles and the saves. But you get my drift.

Once the teams get the bikes setup properly for rear grip not front, the Bridgestone lap records will be broken by Michelin tires.

Rossi seemed to dislike the new software more than the tires. But still had some interesting things to say about it. From his description, seems like Lorenzo's style could be effected. Long way to go till 2016, though.
