Easy fix. Erase the system disc, install a new system, update it. Then download the various browsers, install and update java and silverlight. Then boot up and watch for ten minutes, take a hammer, beat the imac into flinders, and break out that fifteen year old windows machine.

I've had the same issue with the website while watching live. Switching devices "seems" to help but nothing have been bulletproof. More than likely its a placebo solution from login into a new device, and a new connection to the motogp server, not something with the viewing device itself. Its one of the main reason I likely won't renew the membership.

Geez. What a conundrum. Without total immersion, I can only speculate that it's something between the machines and the site. I have had very few problems over the years. Usually the Asia races will act up a little and Qatar has been like what you are experiencing.

Do they still have that option? I thought it was dumped.

Still there Ernie, Option 1 has typically been previous races for me with Option 2 being the live feed.

Where is it now?

And last night the windows machine started pausing and delaying on archived stuff. FML.

Check your connection next time it tanks. Your ISP might be crapping out.

I've had no problems watching the rain delay FP2 non-coverage. Probably because I was the only person logged in.

I've run GP races on all sorts machines/devices, browsers and operating systems and network connections and have issues.

Lenovo Lavie Z running Linux and Win 10, also Win 8. Using Chromium, chrome, Firefox, IE and Edge.

Google Pixel Tablet Marshmallow and Nougat, running chrome and Firefox.

My custom built work PC with 32GB RAM, Intel core i7 6400k 4ghz, GTX 1070 on Win 10. Using Chrome, Firefox, Edge.

Custom 1U severs with 64GB RAM, GTX1080, Intel Xeon V5 Win7 Chrome, Firefox, IE.

iPad Mini using Chrome, Firefox, Safari.

iPhone 6 and 6s Plus using Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

Those vary from on an LTE network to WiFi to 10gigie networks with robust broadband connections.

None have been flawless, most times the race drops out at least once.

DORNA has a problem and it is not what browser or hardware one is on. Even if it was, DORNA needs to better optimize their playback to work on even the worst of devices. I'd imagine the infrastructure in their emerging markets is not nearly as robust as the US and other countries I've been in watching GP races.

I am having a few bumps in the track, today. But, for seagulls' sake, we are talking an HD feed from an Australian Island to California with sketchy weather there. Thus, I am not upset.

I've actually had no issues today.

But, it's not like the feed is coming straight from AU. It's bouncing through other servers DORNA has, which will help with the playback you get. Though it'll increase the actual delay.
