You're having problems with your body wanting to separate from the bike?

On where to look when landing, it's all about what you might hit, so you have to look at where you're landing, as well as the zone of where you feel like you couldn't avoid something that were in your immediate path. That area is longer for less experienced riders and shorter for more experienced riders.

Last time when i rode, I was getting the hang of it. But there were times when i jump my feet disengage from the pegs. Especially when jump a little higher. Do i grip the bike with my legs mid air? Also, before the jump whatís the best gear to be on. 2nd? Or 3rd.

People will always tell you to squeeze with your legs and you should, but if you need to in order to keep your feet on the pegs, then something else is causing it. I can see it happening by either going along for the ride and not giving any body english especially if sitting when going off a jump, or by giving too much like you're on a bmx bike.

Vintage lot, usually on the west perimeter. Perhaps 10 am. It might be busy.

Hey dudes, I read Hollister is mostly closed tomorrow and the open parts might be packed. Metcalf is open but not the black diamonds. What other options are open out there when the soil is wet?

We rode Peteís and Jay several times and then they opened Adobe when I was leaving. We did Troll too.

It was pretty huge fun. Beauty day. Young women walking around in yoga pants was a common sight that I am not sure I should comment on. Beauty day.

I'm sold, I'm going Hollister tomorrow. I'm all for some good black diamond yoga pants trails

Did you take your Alta? I need to catch up with those guys, they had an open house I couldn't attend. I read somewhere they're coming with a new electric scoot...

Yes on the Alta; I took the KTM last week but the traction of the DC electric motor is so much better than the pulse of an ICE bike in the mud... cheater bike. The mud sucks the power though...

Thanks
Squeeze with your legs, compress the suspension and STAND UP! Those three things will keep you on the pegs. Always look where you want to land, and always look ahead where you wanna go; not where you are.

After attending Supercross in Oakland tonight, smelling race fuel and enjoying the racing, I’m up to rip tomorrow.

Anyone else down?

I would love to but....yesterday after I washed my yz450f, my engine started making knocking sounds when above idle. I hear it might need a rebuild. Hopefully it's just because I need to change the oil.
