I'm probably completly wrong but we can have a little fun right?

I got nothing on the guy. 60 years old and fighting?

Then again I'd shoot someone if I owned a Yamaha. Boom yea I said it!

Why? I understand the first story seems like she was defending herself but at the same time she also pulled over to continue the situation after a road rage incident.

Seriously? You think this is a fun thing?

No I think two stupid fucks decided to be stupid and both won a prize. What I think is fun will be the 20 pages of armchair quarterbacking thats incoming.

Just another episode of When Assholes Collide. Almost always these turn out to be 'takes two to tango' situations, where both parties did some stupid shit and just took it too far. One dead, the other will spend most of the next few years inside various courtrooms. I'm sure what they were arguing over was suuuuuper important.

That's certainly possible, but it's also possible she pulled to the shoulder to exchange information after they bumped on the road as is required by law. Or that he forced her to the shoulder.

If she was there looking for trouble you might expect the gun to be out before she's on the ground. Being forced over seems less likely for that reason. At least the gun was accessible.

Concealed carry permits are readily available in WA. If she could pass the background check, I'd expect her to have one.

Certainly possible, but it doesn't take two to tango with a road rager. There are tales online of drivers going ape-shit because a rider split past them, or honked as the car was swerving into their lane.

A few years ago a guy tried to run over a BARFer who had made a hang up the phone gesture. In that case you can say the rider did something to engage the driver, but most would see it as a pretty innocuous gesture.

If the guy was on top of her pounding her, it's pretty likely he's a rager. We just don't know about her.

It may be common that both sides did something to engage, but it isn't always the case. So far we only know there was one rager there. No need to assume two.

Most states it’s a right to have CCW so unless you have something in your record you will get it. I have mine but in CA it’s a privilege so you have to have a LEO decide if you deserve it.
Glad they have receprocity in all 50 states now so this nanny state can’t throw up red flags for out of staters.

On the note of this case. She will get off with self defense and won’t be charged is my thought based on the evidence I see.

On the wife of the 60 year old. You say poor wife but what if he beat her as well? We don’t know but given the guys reaction to the young girl it’s entirely possible.

I like the armchair quarterbacking comment. That’s what makes a forum isn’t it?

if by "fighting" you mean (per witnesses) pinning a woman to the median and beating her... yeah

Well, he can always ask for an Executive Pardon, and get a job at the Whitehouse.

Both were looking for trouble. They found it. It's neither why she or why he? It's both. Both adults, of which, at least one a senior citizen with a spouse.
What if the rage dude bumped her bike? You wouldn't pull over for that?

Whuuu?!?! A crazy fuck bumps my bike and it's rideable, I get the fuck out of the area. No amount of plastic and aluminium is better than the good life I have.

How can someone even hit a woman, this one is his grand daughters age. Whats wrong with some people.

Reminds me of the incident at STP last Saturday when another 60 year old was acting like a 5 year old. Thank god that ended without anyone getting hurt.
