Alternate arm and shoulder armor for Dainese Jackets

Has anyone found CE Lv2 alternatives for the shoulder and arms of Dainese jackets?

Since Dainese jackets tend to be integrated systems they don't use shoulder pockets for shoulder armor, but instead use velcro which restricts you to only their armor –– ?unless you make your own by either gluing Velcro to the 3rd party armor or making a custom tight fit cloth sack with velcro strips that you can then insert the 3rd party armor into?
