Danville Townhouse - 2/2 w/ 2 car garage - Late Feb Possible

I’ve decided to rent my Danville townhouse.

Moto friendly.

It’s a 2 bed 2 bath with 2 car garage with a decent sized backyard.

House has been remodeled with new kitchen, gas stove/oven. Laminate floors through out. French doors to backyard. Garage was decked out with full upper and lower base cabinets on one side. New stacked washer and dryer. Deep sink with upper cabinets above. Left side of garage has a work bench. Lots of storage. Garage also has a sub panel and a couple 20amp and 30amp plugs were run. House is only 90amp so I never ran two large tools at same time. There’s also attic space that I floored and added shelves.

Lots of storage inside due to remodel. Large pantry. Granite in kitchen. Paint less than a year old. Bathrooms will be painted soon as well.

House is next to an older, 80s, lady that doesn't drive, very nice. Other neighbor is a married handyman/contractor and super nice. Most neighbors without kids keep to themselves.

Should be available late Feb or early March. It’s located off of Camino Ramon between Costco and Sycamore.

If interested let me know and I’ll show it. I haven’t listed it anywhere else yet, will do that in about a week if no BARF interest.

Asking $3200 monthly. Year lease.

It’s a small townhouse community with nice green belt in middle. Several families with young kiddos all play together.

Just with the other thread running, any issues with the HOA that a "motorized enthusiast" might bump in to?

Moto friendly for sure. Guy couples houses up has a harley. Other resident has a not stock 911 turbo s and a louder Cayenne.

One resident fixes and sells cars on the side as well. I added to my listing more house details too.
