Ok I did it, but it's not easy. It's not hard but it very time consuming. Stupid tape or stupid me anyways remover lifts tape screwing up my line. Now it's touch up time. Next time I'll just buy a new set of polished wheels .

Fingers are sore! I'll try to post some pics once I fix the mess I made. I used a superdupper stripper, way to strong stuff.

a friend recommended to use a razor blade near the tape to ensure a straight line. I'll do mine next weekend

I used a stripper called "Jasco" ?? I think thats the name, this stuff is way to strong. Avoid using it if masking off a area if possible.

Actually, Jasco is what I'm going to use. Did you make sure that you bought the good painter's tape, not just masking tape?

I use the better of two types Home Depot had, Industrial something. My cousin who called me 8 hours to late said they will use duck tape then masking off fine lines, he said it sticks best and is easy to trim. He works in a auto body shop.

Doesn't take long, give yourself a full day. Duck tape may not be the best solution but the industrial strength masking tape didn't hold up well at all. The paint remover ate right below the tape. It just about lifted the tape off, well it did in many places.

If all else fails, use both masking and duct tape. The point is, you do NOT want unevenly polished lips
